GoLiveX is an AI-powered platform designed to assist ATE support consultants, EMR/EHR trainers, and medical practitioners by providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and best practices for various EMR systems. The Service includes access to multiple EMR modules via subscription plans and API calls.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

• Subscription Plans: The Service is offered on a subscription basis, with various tiers based on the number of EMR systems accessible and the monthly prompt (API call) limits.
• Billing: Payment will be charged in advance on a recurring monthly basis, according to the plan selected.
• Usage Limits & Overage: Each plan includes a specified prompt limit. Additional usage beyond the included limit will incur extra charges as detailed on the pricing page.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.
